At Ware Jewelers, we are pleased to provide watch service for watch brands we currently sell at our four locations. Our goal is to properly care for the watches we sell and provide service using the appropriate procedures and genuine parts whenever available.
If your watch is a brand that Ware Jewelers carried in the past, we may still be able to assist you. Service availability will depend on the brand, the type of repair needed, and our ability to obtain the appropriate parts.
Unfortunately, we are unable to service watch brands that Ware Jewelers has never carried. Many watch manufacturers restrict access to genuine replacement parts and service components to authorized dealers and established retail partners. Without a relationship with the manufacturer, we cannot ensure access to the genuine parts necessary to properly service your watch.
We understand that watch brands and service requirements can vary. Please call any of our four Ware Jewelers locations before bringing in your watch if you have questions about whether we can service it. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
