To check the status of your order any time, seven days a week, view your Order Status.

* Please Note that Overnight shipping refers to the shipping method once your order is processed. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Central cannot be guaranteed to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders may still take up to 10 days to be delivered to you as the manufacturing process can vary depending on the item being purchased. If any items in your order are on back-order, you will receive an email within 2 days of order processing. Orders weighing over 3 lbs will incur additional shipping charges that will be emailed to you for approval before your order is processed.

Saturday Delivery: When placing your order, select UPS Next Day Air® with Saturday Delivery. Saturday Delivery is not available for every location. If you have any questions regarding whether or not your order will qualify for a Saturday Delivery, please call one of our customer service agents at 334.826.9011

Adult Signature: To receive your shipment, an adult must be present and sign for the package. You can also request that the package be sent to the closest UPS Customer Center for pick up. To arrange this, please call one of our customer service agents at 334.826.9011.

In-Store Pickup: Please call 334.826.9011 to see if your online order qualifies for an in-store pickup at your selected location. Please note that not all items will be available for an immediate pickup at every location.
