  • All Reception Expenses 
  • All Rented Equipment for Wedding or Reception
  • Transportation for the Bride and Wedding Party
  • Groom’s Wedding Ring and Gift
  • Gifts for the Bride’s Attendants
  • Accommodations for out-of-town Attendants
  • Bride’s Stationary

The Groom or Family:

  • Bride’s Engagement and Wedding Rings
  • Marriage License
  • Clergyman’s Fee
  • Bride’s Flowers
  • Boutonnieres for
    Attendants and Fathers
  • Bride’s Gift
  • Honeymoon
  • Gifts for Best Man and Ushers
  • Lodging for out-of-town Ushers

Optional:

  • Bride’s family may purchase bridal bouquet.
  • The groom normally provides the corsages for the mothers and
    grandmothers.  The bride may purchase them for her own mother and grandmother.
  • Bachelor dinner is normally given by the groom or his family but may be hosted by the bride’s family or friends.
  • Rehearsal dinner is usually given by the groom or his family but may be hosted by the bride’s family.
  • Attendants’ normally purchase their own dress, however, the bride may purchase them, if she wishes.
